Peter just pointed me to the announcement site for the First International Workshop on Trends in Pervasive and Ubiquitous Geotechnology and Geoinformation.
Peter’s on the program commitee himself and, officially, I strongly support this event and encourage everyone with a research interest in mobile geoinformation systems and location based services to submit and/or attend. Secretly, of course, I’m green with envy that I cannot do the same thing myself
The workshop will be held on September 23 in conjunction with the GIScience 2008 conference in Park City, Utah. Paper deadline is May 15.
P.S.: Can you spot the hidden iPhone in the theme & topics abstract?
